The Purse

 You choose the purse but while holding it you notice that look similar to your moms old one back when you were just a baby. But then with a flash you awoken to see that you where walking while holding a little girl. That's when you realize that you became a somewhat look alike to your own mother but the kid wasn't you nor your mom. You now a part of a new timeline where you were born as a girl and your a single mother who has a 3 year old girl and a pair of twins that were developing inside you. But at least you were rich.
